We take care of all payroll and financial accounting and the transmission of all data to the tax and social security authorities. On request, we can provide you with legal and tax support in the drafting of employment contracts and their implementation.

Annual Report

We take care of the entire annual financial report preparation for you and support you in taking optimisation decisions. If you wish, we will support you in financing discussions with your house bank. Of course we can also take care of the publication of the annual financial report in the Bundesanzeiger.

Company Succession

We consult you legally and fiscally on the consequences of German inheritance law as well as on the drafting of wills, inheritance, compulsory portion waiver and marriage contracts. We would also be pleased to review your articles of association and pay particular attention to the coordination of the articles with necessary wills. If needed, we will adapt the contracts.

Digital Workflow

We are happy to provide a paperless accounting. Just scan your receipts and share them with us, no need to exchange your documents in hard copy! To collaborate with our clients we are using "Datev Unternehmen Online" and "Lexoffice", other third party providers may also be used if required.

Dunning procedure

As lawyers, we are also happy to take over your dunning process. If your financial accounting is done by us, we are in constant exchange anyway and will see outstanding invoices in time.

Payment Transactions

With the appropriate approval, we also take over the entire payment transaction. We prepare, you only release the payments. Of course we also take care of the communication with your bank.


You are on your way to a paperless office or you just want to part with the documents of the current year or the years not yet time-barred. On request, we can take over revision-proof digital archiving for you.
